How to Spend 48 hours of magic in Miami



When people think of the American city of Miami, they may imagine the beach of this beautiful city and nothing more. But don't just confine yourself to the beaches, 


Go for one of the most culturally rich cities in the United States, with a thriving art scene, a great dining experience and a lifestyle that attracts celebrities and visitors from all over the world. Learn how to spend 48 hours of magic in Miami.

First morning





South Beach is the best place to stay in the city, head to the Gates South Beach Hotel with a heated swimming pool, hot tub and free bike rental. Miami Botanical Garden is just 13 minutes' walk from the hotel. Wander in connected gardens that include a fish pond, tropical caches and more. 

After the gardens, you can walk down Collins Street. This bustling street in the heart of South Beach.

Afternoon



Head across the bridge to Brickell. From high-end brands to art galleries to handcrafted dining halls, this large semi-outdoor shopping center features everything. 



Stop at La Centrale, a great Italian dining hall for a snack or a cold drink. After shopping, enjoy the perfect views of Miami at Brickell Point. Then head to downtown Miami, home to the city's best museums. HistoryMiami offers an in-depth look at how Miami has become as unique as it is today. In the same pedestrian wing is the Frost Science Center, a world-renowned scientific center with an astronomical dome, an aquarium, and countless interactive exhibits.




Evening





Before spending the night, dine in the modern Cuban Moreno’s Cuba restaurant in the inner courtyard of Delano. Then head to Ricky’s South Beach. Enjoy music, including Oud nights.

The second morning





Head to Primo, a small Cuban cafe with great breakfast sandwiches and strong Cuban coffee. Social Club is another option as well. Then it's beach time. Take a bike from the hotel and drive on the beach promenade across Lummus Park to South Point Park.

Afternoon





Head to Miami Design Avenue. This fledgling neighborhood is full of fine shopping, galleries, buildings, and magnificent sculptures. Brunch at St. Mark's Market Roch, a refined dining hall offering options for everyone. Besides Miami Design, 

Wynwood is located. Here you will find more of the murals of life and street art that come to the locals and tourists alike. The famous Wynwood walls feature frescoes by artists from all over the world.

Evening





For dinner, no need to go away - head to the OLA restaurant at Gates South Beach. This restaurant features contemporary classics from South America. If you want a more relaxed atmosphere on your last night, head to the roof of The Cape Town at The Townhouse. Great view of South Miami. It's a perfect place.
